Not everyone was blessed with miss Gisele Bundschen`s infinite legs. My favorite way to pretend I was, is shorts paired with high heels. Voila! Fashion is all about illusions and make believe, and here we made the miracle of long legs.
Here again, the elastic waistband saves the day, and I can continue wearing my favorite items while pregnant.
When exposing a lot of skin at the bottom, I prefer to leave some parts to the imagination, and keep the top covered up, as I did here with my orange Acne shirt. A shirt buttoned up makes you look severe and edgy, which balances out the sexy legs. Keep them confused, ladies! These printed shorts are from Christopher Lemaire (french designer) and would look great even with a plain white t-shirt.
If you are going to fake Gisele legs, 6” heels are a must and the ones I choose here are Louboutin. You can always count on Christian for helping out with a few inches of legs.
Montreal is so hot in the summer, that shorts have become somewhat of a uniform while I have been pregnant… I found this pair of leather Iro shorts that I plan on wearing after baby comes if I don`t stretch them out too much! They are so comfortable that I even wore them at our Mackage FW12 photo shoot. I looked great and was comfortable running up and down in the broken down building where we shot It was a hard day’s work, we had to get down and dirty, but I had to stay Infashionated, no matter what!
Elisa, just how do u pull it off????? Im also pregs, and I just CANT!!!! You look fabulous!!!! is it painful and ur not saying??? How far along in the pregnancy are u to keep up with such style????
Just BRAVO!!! You make it look easy, and doable…every morning i try, and at the door i throw the heels, platforms or whatever to put on Birks…!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 38 weeks
and about to pop any day…today I am wearing 6″ platform shoes..maybe the fact that the height makes me looks skinnier makes it easier to wear lol. congrats on your pregnancy!
